Founder & Business Partner
Dispute Mediation

with Jessica Moody, Nationally Accredited Mediator

Supporting founders and business partners to resolve disputes and move forward with clarity.

Resolve conflict early — before it escalates. Saving time, stress and money. Many business disagreements begin as small differences in perspective but can gradually affect communication, decision-making, and working relationships. Mediation introduces a structured process that restores clarity, supports constructive conversation, and helps partners find a workable path forward.

When founders or business partners seek mediation.

Mediation is often helpful when founders or business partners begin noticing patterns such as:

• decisions becoming harder to make together
• ongoing differences about the future direction of the business
• uncertainty around roles, equity, or contribution
• communication becoming strained or unproductive

Meet Jessica Moody

She works with individuals, founders, and organisations seeking practical pathways forward, bringing calm to conflict while prioritising self-determination and relationships.

What is Online Mediation?

Online mediation allows founders and business partners to resolve disputes confidentially without going to court. A structured conversation facilitated by an independent mediator helps clarify issues, explore options, and reach practical agreements.

Every mediation with Jessica is approached with equity, structure, and respect - creating space for clarity, self-determination, understanding, and practical resolution.

  • Book a free discovery call. If mediation is suitable, each party completes a short intake and we schedule separate pre-mediation calls. A joint online mediation session is then booked by secure video conference, Australia-wide.

  • Yes. Online mediation is confidential and conducted in a private setting. Discussions are handled with discretion and professional care, particularly where sensitive commercial or organisational matters are involved.

  • Yes. Online mediation is available across Australia. Parties can join from different cities or states by secure video conference, without travel time or added stress.

Online Mediation Process

Not sure if mediation
is the right step?

Many founders and business partners reach out before they are certain mediation is needed.

A confidential consultation can help clarify the situation, discuss the process, and explore possible next steps — with no obligation to proceed.
